About Jed
Hello and welcome to my shop, my names Jed and I’d like to introduce myself as a Hotrodder, classic and muscle car enthusiast. Like many of you, our weekends and weeknights and fair to say any spare time we have consist of cars. While some spend there time gardening, golfing or hiking ect, I spend my time in the garage with my friends and family tinkering on cars, engines, motorbikes, boats and just about anything that’ll make 1-2-3 or 4 wheels turn. With such a passion for early hotrods I decided I would create a shop for likeminded individuals to purchase parts that aren’t always offered or easily accessible on the Australian market compared to the US. From a early age I’ve been surrounded by Hotrods and the Hotrod culture that goes along with it, hanging out with my father and his friends I had the great pleasure to meet some famous, genuine and friendly talented individuals along the way and without that I wouldn’t know barely the information or knowledge and experience that I know today. Unfortunately as many of you may have noticed Hotrodding isn’t what it once was. There’s no $100 1932 coupes laying around or $40 magnesium wheels in your neighbours shed for sale. With this comes the lack of young kids/adults wanting to explore this hobby. Not only the rarity of these products that make a early Hotrod what it is, but some of the prices that come with these products. Jed’s speed shop is here to try and help with those issues. Offering traditional pre billet parts ensuring your hotrod can be styled the way it was in 1955. Selling new & used parts, myself Jed will try to keep costs down for the next generation of Hotrodders in Australia. Thank you for taking the time to read this small paragraph and I hope I can try to answer all your questions and queries you may have. Thank you very much.
